Permobil is expanding further and we are now searching for a new colleague to join our growing global development team in electronics and software.

Department Manager Electronics
You are a curious, positive, experienced, and outgoing leader who has a genuine interest in technology development of products that improve quality of life for people with disabilities.

Your role - Areas of responsibility
Lead and plan Electronics departments design and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle (pre-development, concept, product development and maintenance).

Manage and develop personnel and organization and adopt new methods to secure quality and efficiency of the department's deliveries.

Ensure project deliveries on time and on budget.

Your profile - Qualifications and Requirements
We want you to have:
MSc or BSc in Engineering or other equivalent experience.
Experience in projects within electronics design, verification, and test.
Minimum of 6 Years of leading and developing personnel.
Experience of budget planning and deliverables at department level or higher.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, in writing and speech.
Worked in a global context with an understanding of cultural differences.

We would like you to also have:
Experience in quality standards for development of medical devices, or from equivalent product areas with high regulatory requirements.
Experience of embedded software development.
Experience of all aspects of a product lifecycle from design maintenance.
