You will belong to our unit Elteknik in Malmö
As our new Assignment Leader, you will be part of our unit characterized by openness, team spirit and cooperation where we attach great importance to personal development. We work in a variety of exciting projects, which vary in size and complexity, in both the private and public sectors to deliver technologically innovative solutions to shape our sustainable communities. We mainly work in assignments in the Malmö area, but also collaborate with colleagues at other units around the country.

Your main tasks:
Lead and be responsible for both large and small projects in electrical engineering, mainly in buildings but also infrastructure, in collaboration with administrators and designers
Mentoring and leadership in assignments and development projects
Collaborate cross-disciplinary with different areas of expertise and technology at Ramboll, both nationally and internationally
Be driven and active in contact with existing and new customers and develop business ideas

You have previous experience in the role of assignment leader of projects in the design/construction of electrical and telecommunications systems
You enjoy the dialogue with the customer, where you both want to have the opportunity to develop your existing network but also develop new contacts going forward.
You have good technical knowledge in most electrical and telecommunications systems
You have a good communicative ability in speech and writing in both Swedish and English

You are a person who is analytical and thorough, with a deep interest in developing the technology of the future and optimal solutions for the customer. You perform at your best when you get to work with meaningful technology in varying projects and your expertise comes into its own when you combine your technical expertise with business understanding as an advisor to our clients. In order for you to continue to perform at the top, you need the opportunity for competence and further development as well as encouraging and trusting leadership.
