We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to play a key role in expanding our brand story by joining our team. We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited to grow.
This individual will be responsible for defining the brand direction, and collaborating with a team of in-house creatives to create inspiring marketing. This position will be a key player in exemplifying the brand voice of Mynt.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead planning and oversee execution for daily email marketing activities, with an acute focus on content-focused emails.
- Work with Director, Brand Marketing to drive execution and roll out of new triggers, automation and personalization tactics.
- Establish goals and KPIs for the email program and report to the broader team on weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Analyze and report on email performance, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis and industry best practices to draw insights for optimization.
- Develop an ongoing testing strategy that allows for iterative improvement, implementing regular testing in day-to-day email sends.
- Build and optimize segmentation and email content personalization strategies by leveraging user behavior and activity data.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- 2+ years of email marketing experience, digital agency; startup experience a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of email service providers (pipedrive, mailshimp) - from platform implementation to day-to-day experience with campaign execution
- Demonstrated history of growing email engagement and revenue through list growth, continuous testing, personalization and segmentation.
- A working understanding of statistical concepts critical for A/B testing and optimization
- Ability to oversee lots of moving parts with strong attention to detail
