SKF Automotive Vehicle Aftermarket is strengthening the digital and online presence to accelerate sales in new channels. We have several new initiatives under development and we are therefore now looking for a new member to our team.
eMarketing Manager
Automotive Vehicle Aftermarket
The eMarketing Manager will be responsible for the online experience from a brand and marketing perspective and implement the eCommerce strategy through SKF Vehicle Aftermarket web presence in cooperation with MarCom, VSM Marketing and VSM eCommerce manager. Furthermore, you will lead the transformation and exemplify to the organization how SKF effectively uses the new platform from an online marketing perspective. You will also develop and drive sales at our eVendors.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Translate and implement relevant parts of e-Commerce strategy through SKF Vehicle Aftermarket web presence
+ Provide input for strategic improvements and best practice sharing across regions (online and e-commerce development).
+ Implement online understanding, maintain and develop the competence area, and make the knowledge accessible to relevant stakeholders and forefront the change where needed.
+ Take in needs from the organisation and translate into solutions; support end customer care and sales activities (e-Commerce).
+ Design web analytic set-up including business KPIs, and run monthly analytic reports with findings.
+ Support MarCom with development of on-line content for both product related material and general marketing on-line material.
+ Maintain and develop relevant internal (GlobalWeb, MarCom, Sales, Business Development) and external (Media house, Agencies) relations.
Requirements:
+ 5-10 years of experience within Online Marketing, e-commerce, and working with online retailers/dealers (pure or multi-channel). Both B2C and B2B are relevant.
+ Good understanding of path to purchase and digital 360 marketing
+ University degree in business/marketing or equivalent
+ Experience of leading projects in a multi-market/language set-up with a number of stakeholders internally and externally
+ Good understanding of agency collaboration models
+ Experience in working with global brands
+ Must be fluent in English, other languages beneficial
+ Sufficient technical level/understanding of online and e-commerce platforms
Personal Requirements:
+ Strong commercial understanding and business acumen
+ Ability to lead and develop the online presence and activation
+ Ability to drive change in a global matrix organization
+ Holistic perspective and able to implement strategies
+ Project leader skills, strong drive and leadership skills (no direct reports)
+ Excellent communication skills & good team player

Location
Location will be in Gothenburg, Schweinfurt or St Cyr on a local contract and the position reports to Global e-commerce and Business Process Manager.
