Job Description


Assignment description
To strengthen our development team in Lund, Sweden, we are now looking for a highly motivated senior software engineer to develop a tool for the translation of deep learning models to optimized target specific software code for embedded systems with limited resources. As a software engineer in an international team, you will design, develop, integrate, and debug this software tool for applying to Bosch consumer products.




Qualifications


A successful candidate must be a team player with strong social skills as well as a cross-functional and customer-oriented mindset. Furthermore, you have a strong personal drive, a “can-do” positive attitude and you take ownership of assignments and are keen to deliver on-time. You are motivated to continuously learn as well as sharing your knowledge openly.
Master in Computer science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
Senior experience in software development for embedded micro controllers.
Senior experience in C and Python programming.
Neural networks: General know how and specific know how on compression techniques for CNN, RNN, LSTM.
Experience from deploying (code-generation and integration) machine learning models onto small embedded system, understanding how algorithms and models can be optimized without changing the results.
Embedded uController expertise in how to optimize memory access, bus utilization, low level register optimization, CPU cache optimization is a merit.
Know-how on compiler technologies in relation to algorithm optimizations.
Good understanding in Agile way of working and verification & validation methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
