Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Application Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop software using a modern tech stack for connected appliances, with a primary focus on touch screens and other user interfaces.
Ship small, reliable, and frequent releases of production-grade software in collaboration with the team.
Create modularized software that is scalable to different languages, cultures, brands, and product categories.
Lead product development processes from design and prototyping to product launch.
Conduct PCB and product casing design.
Ensure product certification (CE) and create/maintain the product’s Technical Construction File.
Implement testing and quality control processes.
Manage production and oversee R&D projects.
Provide customer support and communication.
Contribute to making the team a model for a new normal in appliance user interface development.

What you bring:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing user interface code for embedded devices, focusing on both touch screens and less capable UIs.
Experience in developing software applications for frequently updated embedded internet devices.
Proficiency in developing touch screen UI code with Dart/Flutter for embedded devices outside of mobile phones.
Mastery in at least two of the following competence areas, with a quick learning ability for others:
Multi-language software integration for embedded environments.
Layered software architecture for embedded systems with different chipset performance and UI capabilities.
Simulation technology for rapid software development of embedded UIs.
Modular test automation for application logic as well as for UI behavior in embedded products.
Using design tokens and design system integration for brand management in graphical UI code.
Using systems for translation and internationalization.
Build pipeline, code analysis, feature flag, and analytics tools for modern embedded development.
Demonstrate collaborative, effective communication, empathy, problem-solving, adaptability, resilience, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.
