Embedded C++ Teacher

Are you a communicative person with good skills of Software Development in C++ and with a genuine interest in watching people grow?
Right now I’m looking for an engineer that is ready to take on the challenge as a teacher for one of our courses in C++ that is directed towards our customers. The participants of the course are already educated experienced engineers working for our customer in other disciplines such as mechanical engineering, project management, model-based development etc.

The course will be held for 6-8 weeks full-time so it is a big and intense course with about 15 participants. The aim of the course is not only to teach C++ but also to focus on practical Software Development which is why the course entails a lot of practical projects together with the theory. After the course is completed the participants shall have a good foundation to stand on so that they can continue their career with the customer as a Software Developer.

For this role it will be a high emphasis on your personality and characteristics, You need to be:
- Pedagogical - one of the most basic skills a teacher need to have to succeed. To achieve this skill we believe you need to be patient and humble so you can understand the participants point of view so you can teach and help them in the best of ways.
- A Motivator - this is a full-time course that will be very intense so it is important that you keep your own motivation as well as the participants.
- Have Energy - yes you need to provide energy and make the participants feel welcome! We want to create an environment where it is okay to have open discussion and brainstorm together!

The course will be divided in both theory and practical projects. You will need to take on both the roles as teacher and coach. You will train, evaluate and adapt to the participants so they have the possible experience and learn as much as possible.
To succeed in this role we believe that you have deep and work experience of C++.
Excperience of teaching and automotive is meritorious.
