Embedded Developer - Halmstad

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Embedded Developer who is experienced in C and Linux languages and have knowledge in electronics.

What you'll do:
● As an Engineer focused on embedded applications testing, you’ll need to consider the software, firmware, and hardware together.
● Work on developing a daemon that runs on gateways under Linux which reports telemetry to Microsoft's IoT solution, Azure IoT.
● Understand software requirements (Functional and Non-functional) to identify test cases for software/firmware features.
● Work closely with the development team to understand features and define test plans to deliver production grade software/firmware.
● Triage the failure of tests executed in continuous integration and in the field and closely collaborate with the global R&D teams to achieve resolution.
Who you are:
● Detail oriented, Strong debugging and analysis skills, for root cause analysis of complex issues.
● Have proven expertise in different programming languages such as C, Linux, Cmake, Azure lot, and python.
● Good knowledge of C and Linux is probably the most important thing to be able to take on the role.
● Have knowledge of other languages and platforms such as Java, Android, Python, iOS, Objective-C, Kotlin, Swift, CAN buses, FlexRay, and SOME/IP.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
