We are looking for an embedded developer to Diasend, Gothenburg Sweden.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a person with passion for development in Linux / Embedded. You will mainly work with the new and further development of applications in C and Python, but also build a Linux platform. You have expertise in embedded systems and system design. In this role you work both strategic and hands-on. You will work with software development, all phases - specification, design, implementation, verification and documentation. You are part of a team of 5 and reports to the company's R & D Manager.

 

Experience

You have a Civil or Bachelor’s degree, preferably specializing in electronics/computer science. You have several years of experience in software development and a good understanding of C / C ++ and Linux in an embedded environment. You know how to design a linux platform (for example using Yocto) and also how to implement graphical user interfaces. Knowledge of ARM processors, relational databases and server systems is an advantage. As a person, you are outgoing and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Experience from the medical/medical device industry and / or smaller companies is not required, but an advantage. Fluent English is mandatory.
