Embedded Linux distro specialist

We are looking for an Embedded Linux developer that has built their own Linux platform for an x86-target using Buildroot. Your task will be to create an Embedded Linux environment for a JVM and provide access to USB-based peripherals such as scanners and printers.

Skills:
- At least five years of Embedded Linux development, at both core- and application level
- Linux device driver integration/development (USB-based printers and scanners)
- Buildroot
- Some Userspace development
- Knowledge of network communication
- Running a JVM on an embedded Linux platform
- Some knowledge of security hardening
- Creating USB-stick based Linux installations
- Troubleshooting device drivers
- Extensive expertise in some script/programming languages like shell script and python
- Exposing system information to Userspace applications
- Great understanding of git/Make
- Proficient in English
