Embedded Software Developer

We are now looking to hire an experienced Embedded Software Developer ready to join DEK team. The customer works with HW design and SW development for the next generation of Digital Baseband units with a focus on 5G product development. The coding will be done in C and you will work in a small team with other senior and junior developers within the same area. Your responsibilities will include the development of and ensuring that embedded processes are productive and secure. The position includes you have an interest in unit testing, working cooperatively with the team, and being close to the product. It is also efficient that you are comfortable working in a Linux environment.

Qualifications

- BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or similar, alternatively equal knowledge acquired through working experience
- At least 5 years of software development
- Excellent C programming skills
- Knowledge of device driver troubleshooting
- Experience in multithreading
- Knowledge about ethernet and the TCP/IP stack
- Good experience in Git, Gerrit, Jira, Jenkins
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
