Embedded Software Developer

We are looking for a Embedded Software Developer for one of our client in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in electronics, software, computer engineering (or similar) with
5+ years of experience in Application SW Development
Experience from working in distributed automotive electrical and electronic systems
Experience of agile methods such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe framework
Knowledge in System and software engineering, including robust and reliable system/software design principles
Knowledge in C, C++, Python
CM tool (GIT/clear case/subversion)
Python/OOA/D
AUTOSAR classic/adaptive
CANoe, CANalyzer, Davinci Dev/Conf
Matlab/Simulink
Unit testing as well as system/integration testing
Overall understanding of the EE system of a vehicle
Knowledge of Automotive communication protocols and communication technologies, such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of product development cycle (DVP).
Comprehensive knowledge of SAFe Agile Way of Working and mindset is a plus.

Responsibilities
As an embedded SW application engineer in the Vehicle Dynamics area, you will be involved in all phases of development and maintenance of our interesting, and highly complex end-user functions.
You will be an important member of one of the agile teams, contributing to short-term deliveries as well as long-term strategies.


With a genuine engineering background, the clear focus for the role is to provide the team with competence in software implementation as well as software test and verification. Key activities are:
• Specifying the behavior of the function for the electrical system to work for best performance
• Modeling the truck functionality to describe the behavior
• At the truck, troubleshooting and experiencing the features
• Validate the implemented use cases for the functions
