Job description

Sigma Connectivity has a new opening for an experienced embedded software engineer to work on test automation projects for home audio and smart connected products currently under development. In this role, you'll focus on building and maintaining test automation frameworks for embedded IoT projects. The scope of this role could also eventually expand to include software development for products as well. To be successful in this role, you should be equally comfortable working with embedded software development, firmware and hardware.

Basic qualifications

Ideal candidates should have the following skills and experience:


Experience coding in embedded C and C++

High-level knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, Java or C#

Knowledge and experience of test automation tools and best practices

Experience with Gerrit, Git and Jenkins

Knowledge of microcontroller interfaces, ideally both analog (ADC, DAC) and digital (I2C, UART, SPI, etc.).

Nice if you also have:


Experience working with low-power devices, power management, microcontrollers and/or radio communications
