About the Job

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform maintenance tasks on existing platform including bug fixing, merge activities, and patch management.
• Develop new features such as enhancements to communication protocols.
• Create and maintain automated tests for software components.
• Implement quality improvements by addressing findings from static code analysis.

About you

If you are a true team player with a drive to deliver great results, you will fit perfectly for this role.

The ideal candidate has a solid educational background, such as a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, experience with version control systems like Git is highly desirable. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum would be a definite plus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in embedded systems software development.
• Proficiency in C++ programming language.
• Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), particularly VxWorks.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand and work with existing codebases effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude towards seeking assistance when needed.
• Ability to focus and drive tasks to conclusion within defined timelines.

We put a strong emphasis on your personal qualities, and we believe that you have a curious and analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Swedish, written and oral, is a requirement.
