Embedded Systems Scrum Master

Description
We are looking In-house assignment for a customer in telecommunication. Teams are set up in different regions and some remote work to collaborate with different disciplines and teams will be required. This assignment is for a position in Stockholm, but remote work can also be discussed.

Profile:

- Proactively plans for ways to unblock workflow and teams
- Strong communicator both in writing and verbally
- Driven by developing teams and their WoW


Competence:

- 3+ years’ experience in Scrum within Embedded SW development or Electronics Development.
- Basic understanding of working with different disciplines and functions in a project comprising of HW, FW, and SW.
- Good understanding of testing and verification among different parts of the system.
- Technical education, a degree in mechanical or Software is a plus.
- Experienced and confident in Agile WoW (Scrum).


Responsibilities:

- Driving the Scrum Activities (Dailys, Retro’s, Sprint planning, Sprint Refinements, Demos, etc.)
- Onboarding new members to the team and project
- Communicating work and team status with project members in various forums
- Assist team members with removing obstacles from their daily work to ensure a smooth workflow
- Making the teams as high-performing as possible by running workshops (communication, collaboration, group dynamics, etc.)
