Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior EMC System Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Develop and maintain EMC requirements and standards for components connected to an 800V DC link.
Review supplier component designs, testing methods, and results to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Participate in and develop in-house EMC testing procedures and methodologies.
Review and enhance system designs, focusing on the installation of components.
Collaborate with other experts to ensure alignment, improve processes, and provide education within the organization.
Review and provide feedback on drafts of new regulations and international standards.

What You Bring:
MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or equivalent knowledge from other educational programs or work experience.
6-8 years of experience in high voltage integrated power system design and development.
Hands-on experience planning and performing EMC testing.
Practical experience with live high voltage component testing.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
A structured approach with an interest in taking on a technically leading role within the organization.
Meritorious knowledge includes:
Expertise in EMC design and testing, including conductive and radiated emissions, and immunity requirements vs. test limitations.
Strong understanding of electrical hazards and safe testing principles.
Experience with propulsion systems in battery electric vehicles.
