EMEA Campus and University Relations Lead
About the role:
The People Planning and Partnership (P3) organization is a newly established function, purposed to build and sustain world-class teams at Nasdaq. The P3 organization is the client facing team within People@Nasdaq that builds strategic partnership with the business and owns the process from proactive sourcing and talent pipelining, hiring strategy and execution to ongoing support of managers to building high performing and engaged teams.
As our EMEA Campus and University Relations Lead – you will be a fresh addition to our P3 organization and play a key role in establishing and leveraging Nasdaqs Campus and University relations. You will be based in Stockholm or Umeå, and report to the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition (Stockholm). You will be responsible for establishing a cross-regional Campus strategy for our key European hiring markets. This will entail business partnerships to understand and gain commitment from our various business units on their multi-year hiring plans for our Campus Programs. This internal strategy must then translate to an external strategy and execution and activation plan, where we target universities in our primary hubs, to build strong talent pipelines for our programs. You will own all the campus requisitions to Summer Intern and Graduate programs.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Business Units and People Strategy Partners on annual campus workforce planning to understand talent needs, influence and ensure Headcount commitment for our Campus programs
Establish Campus relationships in our Key Hiring markets and build out local activation plans (primarily Vilnius, Stockholm and Umeå)
Create a strong, clear, and aligned Campus strategy and execution on identifying, attracting, and retaining talent through University partnerships and diverse recruitment vendors and channels such as Graduateland, Datatjej.
Build and sustain positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure participation and engagement at campus events, and with external career services, faculty members, alumni, student organizations, professional associations and campus diversity groups.
Partner and collaborate with Employer Branding to design and drive campus awareness and engagement to Nasdaq’s employment brand
To thrive and be successful in this role
You hold a track record of building successful campus recruiting strategies, projects, and deep subject matter expertise on emerging trends and technologies in the University recruitment space
You hold a strong track record in creating and executing efficient and effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
You are a passionate self-starter that enjoys a mix of strategizing and planning but also enjoys getting their hands dirty and executing on the ground.
You are experienced in stakeholder management and building professional and collaborative business relationships
You have strong communication (both oral and written) English language skills, and influencing abilities. Superior organizational skills and PowerPoint and excel capabilities
You are hands-on and have the ability to work smart- juggling multiple projects and initiatives through multi-tasking and prioritization.
