You will build a deep knowledge and an understanding of our Network Audio and Access control solutions, Audio management systems, and related products to be able to support our customers in a highly autonomous way. You will be a part of a wide team of around 50 colleagues.
This position is in Lund, the southern part of Sweden, in close proximity to Malmö and Copenhagen.

What You'll Do here as a Technical Services Engineer:
* You will provide profound technical support in English to our partners and customers located in EMEA.
* You will troubleshoot and communicate with customers through a web-based ticketing system and telephone support.
* You have a lab with our product/solutions portfolio and supportive colleagues that allow you to dig deeper into complex scenarios in the back end.
Your primary responsibility will be to:
* Provide "first-call resolution" wherever possible and have ownership of issues through fulfilment.
* Ask customers targeted questions to understand the root of the problem quickly.
* Succinctly and effectively answer customer service queries.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
* Escalate to other departments
* Assist with system navigation, first-time installations etc.
Who are we looking for?
Working as a Technical Services Engineer requires good communication and problem-solving skills. We believe that being energetic and self-sufficient is important to be successful in this role. Putting yourself into the customers situation and give excellent service, understanding professional communication, adapting to the customer needs, and following up with customers are important requirements.
Since you, as a Technical Services Engineer, will be supporting the EMEA Head region, you must be able to both speak and write English fluently.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* An IT education and experience within IT network & infrastructure and customer support
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writings
* A good technical foundation to stand on, including Network concepts and Microsoft Windows OS
* Experience in technical troubleshooting
* A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters.
* Previous experience with Ticket system
* Stress resilient and ability to prioritize tasks
* A genuine curiosity to learn more about technologies
* Team player, collaboration, and ability to fit in a group quick, give and take concept
Bonus points:
* Knowing extra European language in both verbal and writings
* Previous experience or relevant educational background with Audio or Access control technologies
* Previous experience or relevant educational background with SIP communication
* Previous experience with SalesForce environment (Service Cloud)
