EMO Business Controller for our location in Stockholm, Sweden
About the role:
As a member of the Engineering Management Office under the Engineering department of RCS, you will be responsible for financial aspects of Research and Development projects and department activities. You will work closely with the local finance controllers, head of finance and engineering management team. Your tasks will also involve communication and follow up.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for R&D Budget including actual, forecast, analysis and reporting.
- Work directly with the local finance controllers to prepare different financial scenarios for project execution and department control.
- Work with project managers and program coordinators to consolidate actual and forecast figures
- As part of the EMO team, support the maintenance of methodologies, tools and templates.
- Support VP Head of RCS Transversal Engineering with financial analysis and R&D projects overview.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Finance degree and/or any relevant professional related qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience in working with Finance and Processes
- Proven experience in similar roles in an international environment
- Strong knowledge in planning, project controlling
- Experience in working with big data
- Very good communication and presentation skills are required
- English business fluent is mandatory for this role
