About the position
As a Deployment Manager at E.ON Drive your role is to lead the delivery and installation of charging products, from small-scale deployments to large-scale infrastructure projects. You play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our electric vehicle charging solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Lead end-to-end project management for the deployment and installation of charging products. This involves coordinating entrepreneurs, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Conduct site assessments to determine the optimal placement and configuration of charging stations. Ensure that installations meet safety and compliance standards.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards and innovations.
* Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure equipment and materials for deployments.


Your profile
To be successful in this role we believe you have proven experience in project management, ideally in the field of electromobility or infrastructure deployment. You have strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure development.

Since you will be leading the projects and communicating with different stakeholders, colleagues, and entrepreneurs, we believe you have excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Your will report to Head of E.ON Drive Sweden, Robert Tretinjak. Robert provides you with significant autonomy and responsibility.
