We are at this point seeking a dedicated and skilled Location Manager to play a pivotal role in identifying and establishing prime locations for a pan European charging network for one of our customers. About the position
As a Location Manager, you will be the driving force behind finding the most optimal sites for our charging stations throughout Sweden. This involves analyzing traffic patterns, infrastructure, and strategic areas to ensure that we meet our goals. Once the location is secured and the plan is in place, you will collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of the project.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Research and analysis of potential locations, considering customer needs, legal regulations and operational requirements.
* Negotiate rental or lease agreements for locations and ensuring economic implementation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to assess and ensure the technical feasibility of sites.
* Work closely with local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders to obtain permits and necessary support.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive site portfolio and regular reporting to management.
* Meet the commitments on deadlines and budgets.


Your Profile
To be successful in this role your most important qualities is to have strong business acumen and a knack for identifying opportunities.

We also believe you have:

* A great sense of urgency and drive to cross the finish line.
* A completed bachelor’s degree in real estate management, business, engineering, or a related field.
* Significant experience in real estate management, site evaluation, or related activities, preferably in the fields of electromobility or renewable energy .
* Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* A strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to location development.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex site assessments.
* Excellent communication- and interpersonal skills.
* A willingness to travel as needed to visit regional locations.


As a Location Manager for this project, you will be part of something significant — shaping the future of electric vehicle infrastructure in Sweden and advancing the transition to clean energy.

Your will report to Head of E.ON Drive Sweden, Robert Tretinjak. Robert provides you with significant autonomy and responsibility.
