Who we are
Scania Pilot Partner is a new function to increase speed and focus on the e-mobility. We are aiming for a entrepreneurial “company mindset” with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business. We creates and sell proof of concept solutions in segments or applications where no mature solution exists yet. We reduce risk by taking full responsibility for profit and loss but also by supporting uptime for the customer during the contract period. Our working environment is characterized by high integrity, a flat hierarchy and collective leadership.
About the role
Your work as an Customer Care Specialist is starts in the early stages where ideas and projects are still on the drawing table. Here you take an leading role to make sure deployment is possible and that Scania Pilot Partner succeed to bring out new solutions to the market. When the solution hit the market, you can ensure that our solution continuous deliver value to the customer. You will be the link between factory, the selected dealer and the customer.
Summary of responsibilities:
• Close contact with 3rd parties suppliers
• Prepare and select dealers to deliver, repair and do maintenance of the vehicles
• Supporting customer operation over the life cycle
• Be an support for trouble shooting and act as a flying doctor for complicated problems
The role holds a unique opportunity to get sales experience working internationally with Scania’s end-customers from a Head Office perspective
Who you are
To be successful in this position, you need to be a dedicated team player, service minded and determined. You possess good leadership qualities and you can talk eye-to-eye with anyone in the organization. We are looking for someone who is strong in communication and have hands-on experience from supporting customer with heavy vehicles. On a personal level you strive to build wide contact networks with long term relationships through good communication, structure and trust. A great passion for the success of Scania’s customers is a given!
You likely have a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent. You have probably experience from R&D and have been working with customer where operations and Uptime is key factors for success.
