Employee Communications Manager Automotive

Our customer within the automotive industry needs a Communication Manager to drive engagement and strategic alignment internally, motivating employees to be proactive brand ambassadors. The team you will join works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure all relevant business stories are effectively played out through internal channels and fora.

What you will do:
As an Employee Communications Manager you are the driving force who ensures your audience is informed and aligned on strategic priority, and you run an engaging agenda for all-employee sessions and other platforms that allow for dialogue and collaboration across the department. You will support the leadership team and key project teams to identify what topics should be brought to the employee communications agenda.

• Driving the implementation of short, mid and long-term employee communication initiatives
• Ensuring the implementation of key Employee Communications strategies
• Delivering projects that support an improved employee experience
• Ensuring a clear flow of information from leadership to relevant target groups
• Building collaborative relationships with key internal partners
• Ensuring consistent improvement through data driven decision making

Qualifications:
• University degree in journalism, communications or other relevant field
• Solid experience from working in communications
• Experience in change communication on broad scale
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluent English language skills

About the employment
The position as Communication Manager is a Consultant Assignment with start date as soon as possible. The assignment will initially be ongoing until 2020-12-18.
