About your job
In this position, you’re at the forefront of fostering engagement with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. You embed a culture of continuous listening and people-centric practices, leveraging tools like Workday Peakon to transform how we work with engagement. You’re our reliable subject matter expert supporting our business and HR community in our different divisions, and you’re instrumental for succeeding with our strategy. By influencing our people strategy, you set ambitious targets and actionable plans, as well as supporting, coaching and driving improvements.
Also included in your job is to:
Champion the implementation of Workday Peakon and intelligent listening strategies.
Craft and execute effective DEI strategies and roadmaps.
Partner with our People Analytics team to harness data insights for organizational growth.
Drive cross-functional projects and forums for engagement and DEI.
Serve on the business area ethics committee, ensuring fair treatment and support in speak-up cases.

The location for this position is the World Trade Center in Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office work with work from another location.
Your profile
We’re looking for a spirited individual with a zest for HR innovation, possessing deep knowledge in engagement and DEI. Your experience should be from strategic and operational roles within a global context, complemented by a proven track record in project management. Your ability to thrive in a decentralized, collaborative environment, coupled with your skills at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, are key to your success. Proficiency in digital solutions, high data literacy, and preferably also Workday experience, is expected, alongside fluency in English.
You’re curious and open to novel work methodologies – consistently demonstrating a collaborative spirit that thrives in teamwork and cross-functional initiatives. Your structured thinking brings clarity and efficiency to complex tasks, and your positive energy resonates well with our great team. As a strong communicator, you excel in keeping multiple stakeholders informed and engaged.
