We are looking for two employees to our Customer Liaison team. Together with your colleagues, you will take care of our customers who need help and answers to, among things like ongoing service cases mainly in the Swedish and secondarily in the Norwegian market.
Your duties include, things like:
• Handle incoming calls for spare parts and repair cases, on Mondays and when needed.
• Handle incoming mail regarding complaints about service cases or to advice on how to use the product for best results
• Decide on for e.g., product exchange, credit note and payments.
• System work, in Spice, SAP and xPos and other systems.
We are looking for a productive person with several years of experience in previous tasks in customer service. You are driven by guiding our customers and colleagues in a customer-oriented, informative, and professional way. You also have high computer maturity and find it fun to work in different systems. It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of complaint rights and can also speak and write Norwegian.
As a person, you are empathetic, curious, objective, and responsible and enjoy working in team.
The position is full-time and is a permanent position starting as soon as possible.
