Your mission
You are main responsible for employer branding, both activities and sponsorship for the unit in Örebro, Epiroc Rock Drills AB. You have the responsibility to ensure a local strategy in place and an activity plan on a yearly basis with relevant activities, to evaluate, follow up and develop. Since this is a new position within Epiroc Örebro you will have the chance to build up and develop the employer branding function. A main part of your job is to collaborate and develop long term relations with external stakeholders.
Regarding internal communications your key responsibilities includes to secure an efficient internal communication function for the Epiroc unit in Örebro. You are responsible for local media relations such as radio, tv and social media.
You will work together with an internal communication specialist, and you will also work with the local management team.
Your profile
To succeed in this role you should have strong execution and self-management skills and you have experience of employer branding and communication principles, practice, concept and standards along with interest of CSR.
You have experience from crisis communication, media relations and internal communications.
It is beneficial to have experience from using SharePoint platform and it is important to have good graphical skills and knowledge in Adobe CC.
In this role, it´s important to build strong relations and collaborate with different stakeholders internally in the Epiroc organization and externally with different networks such as Teknikcollege, CSR collaborations, Chamber of commerce and different sponsorships.
To be the best fit for this position we believe you have a degree in business administration, marketing, media and communication or similar.
The ideal candidate identifies with our vision, “Dare to think new”, and is innovative, creative, organized and with excellent writing skills, in both English and Swedish, you can easily adapt communication to suit any purpose and target audience.
