Employer Branding Lead
Your role
As Employer Branding Lead you will be responsible for steering Saab's global employer branding.
With both an internal and external focus, your job will be to ensure the company is engaging with and attracting the highly sought-after talents that Saab need to build the products and solutions that keep us all safe.
To be successful in this position you need to be creative, strategic and pragmatic. You see the big picture but also grasps details. You are service-minded and solution-oriented and lead by doing and influencing others. To be well-structured and goal-oriented is a must in this position and you also have the ability to establish and develop good relations both externally and internally.
In the role, you will lead yourself and others, in Sweden and abroad, whilst taking responsibility for change as Saab continues to develop its employer branding and employee engagement focus.
Main tasks
· Develop the Employer Branding Strategy; setting goals, objectives, tactics, KPIs etc.
· Message and marketing material development
· Budget management
· Plan, execute and evaluate employer branding communication
· Manage employer branding agency relationships
· Act as employer branding expert and evangelist; training ambassadors, fielding questions, guiding colleagues on employer branding issues etc.
· Benchmark and develop best practices, guidelines and policies
· Participate in or lead various communication projects within the scope of employer branding
· Chair relevant networks and represent employer branding in cross-departmental forums, ensuring employer branding is top of mind and synchronized

· External communication strategy, planning, execution and evaluation
· Messaging for web and social media
· Budget planning
· Fluency in Swedish and English
Desirable skills and experience
· Prior employer branding experience, ideally connected to engineers and IT
· Matrix organization experience at a global employer
