Founded in 2017 and based in Gothenburg, Sweden, Hiber has created a universally accessible platform to support the creation of millions of interconnected virtual worlds in what’s called the metaverse.

We make it possible for anyone to build and access their very own virtual world from their mobile phone, without the need to code. Today, the Hiber platform powers HiberWorld, a virtual world where people can experience and play more than 3.4 Million user created virtual experiences.

Our company has grown from a handful of people in the early days to more than 60 dedicated and extremely talented Hiberians today. Last year, we raised our Series A, and are now on a mission to find more talented and fun people to join the team and conquer the world!

About the Job

By reading this far, you probably understand that there will be a lot of new people joining Hiber in the coming years. That's why we are looking for someone to come and join our small People Team and make this a fun and exciting journey! You will spend your days working closely with our team to build awareness about our company so we can keep finding the best people on the planet, as well as making Hiber a great place to work.

Your responsibilities:

- Be the driving force and lead employer branding initiatives together with the team, making sure that Hiber continues to be the no 1 choice for talent not only in Sweden but globally
- Support our continuous work of making Hiber a great place at which to work
- Create engaging content for different channels to build awareness for Hiber as an employer
- Keep up-to-date on news and trends within employer branding to make sure we continuously develop our ways of working
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative company culture


Wish list:

- A keen interest and ideally previous experience in driving employer branding initiatives
- A passion for solving problems, thinking on your feet and an interest in learning new things
- Having worked some time with tech recruitment is an advantage
- A degree preferably in HR, Business, or a similar discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
