Do you want to be a part of Epiroc and our journey, to develop our Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics? We are now looking for an Employer Branding & Social Media Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development Team in Örebro. Do you have experience in creating strategies, plan and participate in employer branding activities as well as strategic and operational work in social media? Then this could be your next challenge! 
The Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development Team in the Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics works with employer branding, recruitment & onboarding and learning & development . The team is located in Örebro and Prague. We are engaged team members with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in line with our business strategy and core values. As an Employer Branding & Social Media Specialist, and in collaboration with the team, managers and HR, you will be responsible for: 
* Develop strategies, implement and follow up Employer Branding plans and activities
* Create content for storytelling, videos, articles for social media and other channels
* Close collaboration with global and regional employer branding and communications team
* In collaboration with HR and managers to define key target groups to attract
* Build and maintain communities of passion around the Epiroc Employee Value Proposition internally as well as externally
* Trend spot and drive the development of social media platforms
* Support Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics with internal communication and campaigns

Are you our candidate?
You are committed to create engagement to both attract and retain talents to Epiroc. Apart from having an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit, you have experience in project management within employer branding and social media. You are a great communicator and have a strong continuous improvement mindset combined with being service minded. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources Management or similar relevant field. 
You should have minimum 5 years’ experience working with employer branding, communication and social media. We also see that you have proven track record of successful employer branding campaign management and social media community, including content creation. You have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish and English.
