Do you want to be a part of Epiroc and our journey? Do you have experience in creating strategies, plan and participate in employer branding activities as well as strategic and operational work in social media? Then you might be our Employer Branding & Social Media Specialist! 
The Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development Team in the Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics organization works with employer branding, recruitment & onboarding and learning & development. The team is located in Örebro and Prague. We are engaged team members with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in line with our business strategy and core values. As an Employer Branding & Social Media Specialist, and in collaboration with the team, managers and HR, you will be responsible for:
 Develop strategies, implement and follow up Employer Branding plans and activities
Create employer branding content and messages, such as storytelling, videos and articles for social media and other channels
Close collaboration with global and regional employer branding and communications team
In collaboration with HR and managers to define key target groups to attract, for employer branding initiatives
Build and maintain communities of passion around the Epiroc Employee Value Proposition internally as well as externally
Support Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics with internal communication and campaigns 

You will be working at our main office located in Örebro, where we have flexible workplaces, newly built offices and a lots of creative and pleasant meeting areas.
Your profile
You are committed to create engagement to both attract and retain talents to Epiroc. Apart from having an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit, you have experience of running successful strategic and operational Employer branding work towards different target groups. You have good understanding and experience of planning, performing and follow up Employer branding and social media activities. You are a great communicator and have a strong continuous improvement mindset combined with being service minded and you also have proven experience in digital communication. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources Management or similar relevant field. 
You should have minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with employer branding, communication and social media. We also see that you have proven track record of successful employer branding campaign management and social media community, including content creation. You have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish and English.
