As an Employer Branding Specialist you will have the opportunity to work closely together with both the HR and corporate communications functions, creative agencies and other external partners. You will manage employer brand campaigns, localization of the employer proposition (EVP), create employer brand awareness, support local social media strategy and maintain company career related presence on social media sites. Your closest colleagues will be an Employer Branding Relations Specialist and the local Trainee Program Manager, as well as a communicator at Corporate communications.
- Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via attraction campaigns in conjunction with Group Talent CoE
- Collaborating on University Relations alongside Corporate Research Center and Corporate Communications
- Create/ order local content, incl. visuals and copy text
- Implement and drive campus recruitment / university relations at a local level to create employer brand awareness
- Collaborate with Talent Partners to support specific recruitment campaigns/events on a project basis driven by customer needs/growth/transformation in key geographies
- Implement global social media strategy on local level
- Create content for local social media channels together with corporate communication
- Monitor emerging social media tools for benchmark
- Proactively network/manage the relationships with recruitment media advertising contacts
- Ensure that brand guidelines are followed in all communications
Your bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Communication with preferably prior experience
with either agency or client side within a recruitment marketing and employer branding role, ideally working for
large corporates, ability to write in a well-structured, purposeful manner for advertising, intranet/internet, social
media and any other channels, strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others, experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish will be an ideal fit.

We are seeking an Employer Branding Specialist who will focus on university relations, employer branding and social media for recruitment. The person is expected to stay abreast of local market trends and track external/internal best practices. The incumbent would preferably have relevant experience and background from this field.
