EMS Manager

Adecco are looking for an EMS Manager As a Buyer for EMS Management you will be responsible for the areas of: * Tactical Supplier Capability Management * Actively define and implement supplier development programs * Lead MOR meetings and other improvement foras with supplier/s for site Borås * Follow up, analyze and implement long term corrective actions with suppliers based on KPI measurements * Collaboration within BNET Supply in inbound related areas Competence required: * Experience from Supply Chain Management and/or logistic competence * Good communication and organizational skills * Able to communicate on all levels inside the company and with suppliers * Team player, high authority as well as strong commitment to the success of the projects * Result driven, short and long term * Good ability to lead others and to cooperate both internally and externally * Holistic customer view and a strong business acumen * Experience from legal and/or agreement work * Bachelor of science in Business Administration and/or Logistics or equivalent work experience Please send your application as soon as possible since we've already started the process.
