About this opportunity
A major part of Ericsson’s manufacturing is outsourced to Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) providers. EMS Manager is ensuring efficient cooperation and performance of the EMS toward Ericsson and its customers. EMS manager proactively drives governance of quality and performance for designated Electronic Manufacturing Suppliers according to the best industry standards and in line with agreed cost models.
What you will do
EMS performance management and governance
Conduct operational reviews and inventory turnover reviews
Conduct program business reviews
Drive improvement activities and follow-up in use phase
Production and air freight governance and control
Support new product introduction, product transfer, and phase out projects
Validate and negotiate with EMS agreement on finished goods and raw materials
Process alignment with EMS and continuous improvements
You will bring
University degree in Engineering / Business or equal work experience
Min years of experience: 5
Domain experience: Electronic Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics
Specialist in supply chain with experience in leading cross-functional teams to meet new business requests, establishing priorities, and developing strategies to address opportunities beyond existing capabilities
Excellent communication skills to facilitate and deliver clear information with structured data, business requirements and action plans as well as related follow up
Result oriented to meet customer satisfaction in all deliverables with project management knowledge
