Business Programs & Governance, Global Sales is now looking for a one-year temporary position who can handle our activities related to the End Customers. The End Customer Program is one of the pillar of our business strategy, and you will be working in full alignment with our Global End Customer Director.
Who is your future team?
The Business Programs & Governance team consists of several areas, e.g. Distribution, End Customers, Industry segments (retail & smart cities) and Channel Partner Program. All with the aim of upholding common global framework where we work closely with representatives from the regional sales offices, colleagues within Global Sales organization as well as functions at Axis headquarters.
The role as a Global Coordinator End Customer, Global Sales
As Global Coordinator End Customer, you will coordinate activities of our defined large end customers. Part of your job will be implementing processes and system optimization (usage) to better support the growing number of KAM End Customers in the regions. You will coordinate the account teams on Salesforce / Teams between our 3 head regions providing them with operational guidance and do the coordination with our project-pricing team. You will work very closely with our Global Sales IT and Salesforce colleagues to ensure proper follow up of the implementation of new solution to cater for our KAM end customer community. You will be in charge to build and compile comprehensive end customer reports with Qlik for our regions and management team. The position is based in Axis HQ in Lund, but you may travel abroad to attend specific internal events few times a year.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* A couple of years in coordination position. Preferably from different operational positions.
* Experience from the region is a plus.
* Previous experience in working with end customer is a plus.
* Experience from working with indirect sales model.
* Individual that is 'lyhörd' and adapt easily to situation.
* Experience in Salesforce, IT, Qlik and reporting is desirable.
* Experience in implementing initiative(s) in multiple sales regions.
Travel is not much required. Approx. 10-15 days per year.
