END USER EXPERIENCE ANALYST - SWEDISH SPEAKING

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES
- Optimizing end users experience of IT services.
- Enhancing user adoption and usage of IT services, self-service capabilities
and tools.
- Collecting, measuring and analyzing feedback.
- Managing communication services related to IT services.
- Cooperating and providing inputs to internal departments.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- Good Swedish and English language skills.
- 2 years of work experience in user experience, quality management or
organisation change management.
- University degree or equivalent education.
- Knowledge of MS office tools, IT service management tools and Windows
operating system.
