End-User Function Owner at Vehicle Connectivity

Connected Vehicle Technologies is a team of inspired engineers with a mission to develop and maintain system solutions and functions within the domain of Vehicle Connectivity. We drive the systems engineering work along with pre-studies and early investigations in the area as well as define system-level strategies and framework.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As our End-User Function Owner you will have the global responsibility for your End-User Functions commonality and reusability between products, brands and markets. You will be responsible for the long-term evolution of the function and break down requirements to the correct level and secure that the End-User Function Requirements Specification is up to date. You will also participate in defining the verification and validation needs. 
You will work with stakeholders such as Product Planning, Product Owners, Brand representatives and other Engineering departments to understand their expectations and align with the Telematics Platform.

Qualifications
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent education
Minimum 3 years working experience in product development
Knowledge around Volvo requirements management processes
Knowledge about Requirement Verification or Validation Process methods within Systems Engineering
Knowledge of agile software development
Interest in/degree in behavioral science, user centered design or equivalent
Fluent communication in English
