The role

As Endpoint Management Specialist your responsibility includes the security and manageability of our customers devices, applications and identities. You are expected to, together with our customers stakeholders and technicians, drive towards a more secure and user-friendly digital workplace.

Part of the role is being able to assess and document existing environments and leave feedback and recommendations for improvements. This is because our customers look to us the get advice and recommendations based on their current environment as well as their vision for future. You should be able to provide these recommendations based on your knowledge and experience.

From a technical perspective you will be one of the key experts for the entire lifecycle of devices. From deploying and provisioning them, through continuous management and hardening up until the de-provisioning or re-deployment.

You are a confident, creative and curious person - you are seen as a device management expert among your peers. You strive to improve, to learn new technologies and to share your knowledge with others.

You have security as your default mindset, and you feel comfortable with configuring the different device platforms with both ready-made tools as well as customized scripts.

To work in a team with likeminded people is something you enjoy, but at the same time you are able to take responsibility for your own projects and development. You like to challenge your own and others views and encourage others to challenge yours.

We think your background includes

Implementing and managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Configuring Microsoft Windows with GPO, MDM and PowerShell

Managing iOS and Android with Microsoft Intune

Deploying and provisioning Windows operating system using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Configuration Manager and Windows AutoPilot.

If you know any of these it’s great but not required

MacOS including Jamf or equivalent management tool

Linux/ Unix

Implementing, configuring and maintaining virtualization (EUC) technologies from Citrix and/or VMWare

Other MDM tools such as VMWare AirWatch, MobileIron or Cisco Meraki
