Next-generation solutions from the leading provider Danfoss Leanheat® Building's AI based IoT solution monitors, controls and optimizes the indoor temperature and humidity of buildings heated using district heating. Our solution improves the energy efficiency of properties, increases the operational efficiency of district heating companies and creates a healthier indoor climate for residents.


Danfoss Leanheat is expanding its business in Sweden, we are looking for an Energy Efficiency Specialist to strengthen the Swedish operation for Leanheat Building. We offer you a chance to work on something meaningful: directly reduce the environmental load caused by building heating.


If you take the challenge as our new Energy Efficiency Specialist, you and your team members will make sure that our customers in Sweden get the best added value from our services. Work location can be some of the Danfoss offices in Sweden, preferably in Gothenburg or Stockholm. Regardless of the location, you will cooperate closely with the Leanheat HQ in Helsinki, Finland. This position requires regular travelling.
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities in this position will be the following:
• Technical support and problem solving. You will take care that the Leanheat service operates fluently and maintain customer satisfaction. You will make sure that the heating control works and our service creates value for the customer: optimized indoor climate with the highest possible energy efficiency.
• Customer reporting and savings calculations. You will analyze the customer results and bring up suggestions for improving energy savings and indoor conditions. You will make observations from the data that could be valuable for the customer.
• Building the local organization in Sweden. As a member of the newly established local organization, you will be in a key role in the growth and success of Danfoss Leanheat in Sweden.
Background & Skills
To be successful in this position, we appreciate Bachelor's degree or higher in technical, business or related field and previous experience in the field of HVAC-systems, building automation, IoT or real estate business. You also have solid knowledge on building heating systems and prior experience working in an international environment. You are willing to travel on a regular basis. You have excellent communication skills and can communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. All other language skills are beneficial. On a more personal note, your attitude is excellent when it comes to serving customers in the best possible way. You have an initiative and entrepreneurial mindset. As our organization is growing and changing, we appreciate that you like agile workflow and you are able to adapt in changing priorities and situations.
