Workshop - The consumer experience agency is the largest and leading retail agency in the Nordics och we work with some of the world’s largest brands. We are growing and have ambitions as an agency and one of the areas we are growing is in our Engagement Program, which is a platform where brands can communicate to, interactive with and train store staff ambassadors.
We are looking for a growth hacker who can work closely with program and community managers, creatives and business analysts to make it an amazing, valuable and fun experience for them, through high standards to the contents ability to achieve this. You will be working with the whole user cycle, from onboarding to offboarding - and, who knows, maybe even the wider omni-channel ecosystem of retail influence, which the program is part of.
You will become part of a team of data and tech enthusiasts and will be working closely with both creative minds and business wizards - internationally.
We would prefer you being located around Stockholm but if competences and chemistry is just right, we are open for alternative locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setup and execute structure for monitoring the effectiveness of content
- Analyse behavior data and user feedback to generate suggestions to help shape the continuous development of the platform
- Go beyond the digital world and help ensure that digital content and physical efforts are working efficiently together
- Planning and execute content A/B tests on different types of content
- Working closely across teams (globally) with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
Key requirements
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- You have prior experience in a similar role
- You are an analytical shark and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth and making things better
- You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver
- You are fluent in English - both spoken and written
