Telenor Sweden is in the midst of a major transformation of our business to become a fit and modern growth company. Now we are now looking for a new Engagement Manager to join our Consumer Strategy team to support us on our journey.

What you’ll do

As an Engagement Manger you will work together with your Consumer Strategy team members and senior executives to articulate and execute the strategy for our Consumer (i.e. B2C) division. You will be supporting and advising the Consumer management team by managing our most important projects. You will report to the Head of Consumer Strategy who is part of the Consumer management team.

Who you are

In order to be successful we believe you feel engaged to work according to our behaviours (Always Explore, Create Together, Keep Promises and Be Respectful) and have a few years' previous experience of managing complex projects as a strategy consultant (or equivalent). To succeed we also believe that you:
* Are a team-player who believes in collaboration
* Have a sharp strategic mindset with the ability to perform complex analyses
* Are willing to get your hands dirty and get excited by a diverse set of projects, ranging from strategic to more operational in nature
* Have a systematic approach and are great at creating structure to tackle complex questions
* Have strong communication skills with the ability to influence others, both orally and written
* Have a flexible, innovative and pragmatic approach with the will to find new ways to solve questions
* Always strive to do things in a smarter and more efficient way in order to deliver results
* Are fluent in English since we are a multinational company with many different nationalities
