Minimum qualifications:
Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or professional consulting
Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and discussing/managing solutions
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in the digital advertising industry or in a technology-related field
Experience working with Google Marketing Platform products
Experience in technical project management, enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plan
Familiarity with marketing/media technology products and driving initiatives around measurement, analytics, and Marketing Technology (martech) maturity
Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks and relationships necessary to deliver against strategic plans and projects
Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale effectively across a large organization and distributed team

As an Engagement Manager (EM) you will help shape the digital future of Google’s clients. We are a team of technical thought leaders, addressing intricate business challenges with innovative solutions. In this role, in partnership with sales leaders, you will help clients incorporate technology into their strategy. Leveraging excellent technical aptitude and in-depth industry knowledge, you'll provide consulting and client service.
Responsibilities
Solve business challenges for clients, serving as a technical consultant, leader, and visionary. Become a Trusted Advisor for customer(s) and internal stakeholders.
Partner with sales and clients to establish a technical road-map that will accomplish joint business plans.
Oversee global, multi-product projects, support multi-product solutions for Google strategic advertisers, and oversee scaling of custom client solutions.
Lead gTech teams and cross-functional partners, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology.
Understand the client's needs, being the initial contact point of gTech.
