We are looking for a motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to join our Life Science team! And we are very proud to announce that Capgemini has been ranked as leader for Connected Medical Devices by Everest Group.

As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to achieve the company’s growth and transformation. You will identify opportunities to drive engagement and build engagement plans that are aligned with the business strategy. As Engagement Manager you will be accountable for client engagement and client satisfaction on a day-to day basis including scope, time, budget, and quality.

Key duties and responsibilities

- Managing Capgemini and Client expectations
- Ensuring compliance to engagement delivery requirements (contracted scope, time, budget and quality)
- Addressing all client requests and concerns
- Building relationships and collaborating with clients
- Managing the engagement strategy
- Tracking and managing all engagement metrics
- Providing regular reporting on engagement performance


- Extensive experience from the Life Science Industry (Pharma/ MedTech)
- Experience in GxP
- Proven track record in operational management and in project delivery
- Ability to manage customer expectations
- Communication and people management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Crisis management skills
- Project management certification is a plus
