About the assignment:

Description
The client is now looking for an Engagement Manager.
Coordination:
- Understand CTA program roll-out plan and plan for C&U launch meetings in alignment with CTA program
- Set up weekly meetings with C&U program team to discuss progress and remove & address any blockers
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedulce as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Stakeholder management:
- Present progress of the C&U program during meetings with key stakeholders
- Ensure support from senior leadership for C&U program
- Report and escalate issues to senior management as needed
- Communicate and align within CTA and other stakeholders (e.g. commercial)
- Activities
- Provide administrative & communication support
- Onboard people to Cloud Upskilling
- Run support mode
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to engage and gather commitment from key stakeholders
- Ability to challenge existing thinking and find creative & innovative solutions
- Ability to collaborate independently with senior stakeholders
- Learning/ behavioral science
