Monocl is a rapidly growing SaaS business focused on life sciences and healthcare. We are now looking for an Engagement Specialist to join out Customer Excellence team in Göteborg. As an Engagement Specialist you will have the chance to work with engaging and building relationships with some of our most important customers. What You’ll Do
As an Engagement Specialist, you’ll be managing a group of our most important customers, which includes some of the largest biopharma and life sciences companies in the world. You will be responsible for driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your customer portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the trusted partner for the customer on key use-case and product functionality.
- Execute onsite and virtual launch sessions and workshops, communicating the value of Monocl to customers and how the platform can help them achieve their challenging business objectives and ROI.
- Strategically engage senior executives and application end-users to ensure that they are achieving their desired outcome through their use of Monocl.
- Create customer deliverables – presentations, business process enhancements, strategy recommendations and updates – suitable for a diverse set of constituents from senior executives to application end users.
- Represent Monocl as a domain and product expert in customer interactions and events.
- Serve as important source for information regarding the customer’s business needs and provide customer feedback to our talented salesforce, customer success managers to ensure optimal customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze customer behaviour and suggest areas of improvement to internal stakeholders.
Who you are
You have a genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and have proven track-record of driving processes and projects. You thrive working independently with your customer portfolio whilst being in contact with many contact points, both internally and externally, in order to ensure customer success. Your ability to tailor tactics and value propositions based on individual customer needs is excellent. You are used to working with complex, multi-divisional customers and possesses the ability to interface with senior executives.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree with focus on life sciences, technology or similar.
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in Medical affairs, Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills which benefits you in understanding what a customer needs and adjusting thereafter.
- Driven and experienced in quickly adapting to new situations with ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Sophisticated general computer skills, preferably with Mac experience.
Additional language skills, experience of using CRM systems such as Salesforce and experience within Pharma or software companies is preferred.preferred.
