We’re now looking for a Manager for our Integration and Output Management team to take a central role in our delivery of Enterprise Services. It’s of major importance that you as a person, put yourself and your responsibility in a broader context, enabling collaboration with other functions to provide future proof, high quality integration to Sandvik’s business’. This position is located in Sandviken or Stockholm, and some travel is a natural part of this job.
Let’s talk about the job
In this position, you’re responsible for objectives and strategies, and you lead the function in its efforts to meet targets and to obtain relevant competence within Integration Governance and Patterns, MQ and other enabling integration technologies. You also define and follow up on mission, vision, objectives and strategies for the function. An essential part of this is stakeholder management towards Sandvik’s different business areas and other Integration functions or IT Services within SITS. As staff management is part of your responsibility, you support the employee’s long-term competence development and delivery. Accountability for workplace environment, compliance with labor legislations and company regulations is also part of your job as manager, as is accountability for budget, forecasts and follow-ups of financial results.
Your profile
To succeed in this position, you have proven leadership skills combined with strong operational IT experience and previous assignments managing IT delivery to business, where global experience is advantageous. We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration, IT or another relevant field, and knowledge of MQ, StreamServe, integration, change management, as well as certification in ITIL is a plus. As we operate in an international setting, your verbal and written English skills must be great, while skills in Swedish are very beneficial.
