What we do has never been done before, which makes our journey both really exciting and quite challenging. We who work here are passionate, curious and humble experts in software development, design, UX, banking, social sciences and finance marketing. About Dreams.:

As you can imagine, a mission like ours depends heavily on deep integrations with banks, strong security practices, resilience, accountability, cutting edge user experiences and scalability.

To put it mildly, we need to write, test, deploy and operate a lot of code, and we are using a lot of tools and practices to streamline the experience.

To deal with our demands and challenges we have organized our architecture around the principles laid forth in the reactive manifesto:

"We architect our platform from the ground up to be responsive, resilient, elastic and message driven."

Even our primary iOS client is exposed directly to our evented architecture and passes messages to and from the backend services exclusively via real-time messaging.

We believers in using the "right tool for the right job" and are always on the lookout for ways to make ourselves more effective.

Our services are organized around areas of responsibilities and as long as they follow the protocols of our ecosystem, we are open to usage of any of the following technologies: Ruby, Go, Rust, Python, Elixir.

You.:

Now to the details. We are open for all kinds of solutions (availability, try-outs, etc.) as long as we think you are the "right one" for a long term solution. We have already a geographically spread organisation with a small dev office in Barcelona and a team in the UK and we use English in most internal communications.

We challenge you to be involved in the product, not just the code!

You should ideally be comfortable in Ruby. But given our own polyglot approach we will happily onboard someone proficient in other modern languages as long as you are willing to learn.

Sharing your experiences in tooling or methodology is more than encouraged. We are humble and eager to learn how we can do better engineering, so please bring your opinions to the mix!
