Engineer - Chassis Electrical and Pneumatic Installation

Our Client are responsible for designing installations and components for Chassis electrical and pneumatic systems, which include signal and high-voltage systems, brake systems, air suspension systems, and additional equipment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior/ETL Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our technical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and contributing to Component and QJ work.
• Driving new developments in projects related to pneumatic and electrical installations.
• Utilizing KOLA, Volvo´s main documentation system, and other data systems for reporting and documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Production, FVV, and Aftermarket.
• Leading and delegating work to Consultant work packages and our global sites, particularly our site in Bangalore, India.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• An engineering degree with several years of engineering experience.
• Extensive experience in CAD design and installation, particularly in Pro/E.
• Familiarity with KOLA DVP and experience as an ETL or Team Leader, and/or experience at Volvo AB (beneficial).
• Strong project team experience with a structured work approach.
• Preferably, experience with heavy-duty vehicles.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An open-minded and sociable team player with enthusiasm and respect for diverse technical skills and cultures.
• Strong multitasking abilities, a proactive approach, commitment to task completion, flexibility in planning, and a drive for continuous improvement.

About the position

The assignment is a consultant position with employment at Adecco. The start will take place as soon as possible after agreement.
