We are now looking for an Engineer Function Domain Owner Connected Vehicle!

 

Description

This role is part of the Electrical Architecture team within the E/E Department and reports to the manager Electrical Architecture.

You will part of a team of Engineers, with responsibility for the complete Electrical Architecture including general electrical requirement, function partitioning and allocation, electrical interfaces physical and logical and electrical integration.

As Engineer Function Domain Owner Connected Vehicle you will be responsible for ensuring that the electrical architecture in our vehicles can meet up to the requirements for the connected vehicle. The work is done in collaboration with various other departments at NEVS as well as with partners and suppliers.

 

The role as Engineer Function Domain Owner Connected Vehicle involves:

- Represent Electrical Architecture in development of requirements for Connected Vehicle
- Ensuring that the electrical architecture can support these requirements
- Together with system and component owners as well as colleagues at Electrical Architecture ensure that the requirements are understood and distributed
- Ensure that necessary electrical interfaces, physical and logical, are defined to support the requirements
- Participate in task-forces and other workgroups related to Connected Vehicle

 

We are looking for someone who has:

- Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience from electronics and software development in the automotive industry, minimum 5 years
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Driver license B 

 

It also beneficial to have experience from related domains e.g. Telecom, IT back-office, IT security

Terms

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
