What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new features and services.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Support the design and deployment of microservices architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Java applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices and contribute to internal and external documentation.
Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices
Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles.

Who You Are:
Proficient in Java (latest version) and Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of databases, including relational databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL technologies.
Skilled in developing high-quality, well-documented, and testable code.
Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

Awesome to Have:
Previous experience in Agile development environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
