We are now looking for someone to develop our mechanical testing. In this position you would among other things, focus on testing techniques, evaluation, analysis, and reporting. The purpose of our tests is to generate data for development, verification, and validation of both cladding for nuclear fuels as well as construction materials for nuclear power reactors.
We offer a diverse, developing and above all exciting work! The materials we test are irradiated in a nuclear power reactor, which increases the complexity of both handling, evaluation, and analysis. All testing is performed in our own nuclear laboratories with highly proprietary technology. Studsvik is a leader in development and performance of advanced testing on irradiated materials and nuclear fuel!

We are looking for:
An engineer experienced in mechanics and/or materials technology. As a person, you are driven, goal-oriented and have a good planning and collaboration ability. Good ability to speak and write in English is a requirement.
Experience in mechanical testing or postgraduate education is an advantage. We value personality, a great interest in technology and commitment to further development and learning!
